Insurance:  I am not on any managed care panels.  However, I provide statements that can be submitted for "out of network" reimbursement. 

Cancellations:  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the usual session rates.

Scheduling:  Appointments are scheduled individually with both evening and some weekend appointments available.
