Office Policies and Information

Location:  My office is centrally located near Rice Village, the museum district of Houston, and near the medical center at:

5311 Kirby Drive, Ste. 105, Houston, Texas 77005.

 

Scheduling:  Appointments are scheduled individually with both evening and some weekend appointments available.  Individual sessions are 55 minutes in duration.

 

Fees and methods of payment:  Payment is made at the end of each session.  Personal checks and cash are accepted.

If you have mental health insurance that covers your sessions, I will provide information for you at the end of each month so that you may file a claim for reimbursement.

 

Cancellations:  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the usual session rates.
